Roh Hoe-chan (Hangul:노회찬; born August 31, 1956 in Busan) is a South Korean politician. He has a bachelor's degree in politics from Korea University. He was in the Democratic Labor Party as an Assembly member (representative). Now he is the president of New Progressive Party.
